Extracts:
6 lb Briess Gold Unhopped Liquid Malt Extract

Specialty Grains:
1 lb Caramel 10L (Briess)
1 lb Caramel 60L (Briess)

Other Fermentables:
1 cup Brown Sugar at 10 minutes

2 Fresh Sugar Pumpkins, cut into cubes and roasted, at 60 minutes.

Hops:
1 oz Yakima Magnum Pellet Hops AA 13.1% at 60 minutes
1 oz Crystal Pellet Hops AA 2.8% at 20 minutes

Spices:

Cinnamon (2 tsp), Nutmeg (1 tsp), Ginger (1 tsp), Cloves (1 tsp), Chinese 5 spice (1/2 tsp)

Yeast:
White Labs English Ale Yeast WL002

OG: 1.060
FG: 1.018

ABV: 5.6%

Tasting Note - Well, this one is a failure. Definitely way overspiced and barely drinkable. Probably coulda done without that addition of the chinese five spice, huh? Hopefully this thing mellows out a bit and I'll try it again after a month or two.
