Extracts:
6 lbs Rye malt syrup
3 lbs CBW Bavarian Wheat DME

Hops:
1 oz UK Challenger at 60 min
1 oz German Tettnang, 2/3 at 60 minutes, 1/3 at 40 minutes
1 oz Willamette, 1/3 at 60 min, 2/3 at 15 minutes
1 oz Sterling, continuous 20 min - 0 minutes

Yeast:
WL Abbey Ale Yeast (w Starter)

OG: 1.073
FG: 1.014
ABV: 7.74%

Notes:  Ryebbey the original was definitely the better beer.
