4 oz Caramunich

Extracts:
3.3 lbs Pilsen Light LME
1 lb Pilsen Light DME
10 oz Amber Candi Sugar

Hops:
.8 oz Tettnang at 60 minutes
.2 oz Tettnang at 20 minutes

Flavors:
1.25 oz american oak cubes (medium plus toast) soaked in bourbon (jim beam) after 6 days

Yeast:
1 pack Wyeast 3787 Trappist High Gravity

Priming Sugar:
2.2 oz cane sugar

OG: 1.072
FG: 1.011
ABV: 8.01%

Notes:  1.011 SG on 2/5/19 and bottle date
