Mosaic Pale Ale

Name: Mosaic Pale Ale

Specialty Grains:
1 lb CaraMunich
1 lb Carapils

Extracts:
3 lbs Golden Light LME
3 lbs Golden Light DME

Hops:
1 oz Mosaic at 60 minutes
1 oz Mosaic at 20 minutes
2 oz Mosaic Dry Hop after 15 days (from 1/29/2019 - 2/4/2019)

Yeast:
1 pack Wyeast 1968 London ESB

Priming Sugar:
4 oz corn sugar
OG: 1.052
FG: 1.011
ABV: 5.38%

Notes: Used about 3 gal in initial wort boil with later water addition of 1-2 gal to bring to OG, but on bottling day really only ended up with a bit over 3.5 gal.  Still used the 4 oz corn sugar though, so we'll see how the carbonation turns out.
